Fluffy pizza (not GF)

Ingredients:

- 450g flour

- 300ml lukewarm water

- 5g dry/ instant yeast

- 2 teaspoon salt

- 2 teaspoon olive oil

+ toppings of choice 

Method: 

1. Prepare a large bowl - spread it with a drop of olive oil.

2. Mix the yeast with the water in a separate, big bowl. 

3. Add the flour, gently combining the 3 ingredients with circle motions with your fingers. Once you start forming a decent ball, add the salt and oil and work the dough until you form a smooth ball.

3. Place the dough in the earlier prepared bowl with olive oil, cover it with cling film and leave to rest for a minimum of 1 hour. 

4. Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees (at least 15 minutes before baking).

5. Spread the dough on a baking tray, add your ingredients and bake for 15/20 minutes.

This fluffy pizza is great with nutella or similar - bake the base without the spread for 15/20 minutes and only spread before serving.
