GF Fluffy pancakes

Ingredients:

- 1 1/4 cups GF flour (either all purpose or self-raising)

-1 1/4 cups milk

- 3 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon sugar (I use brown or coconut sugar)

- 3 tablespoons butter, melted (or coconut oil)

Method:

1. Combine all of the inregedients together, starting with the dry inregdients and then adding all of the wet ingredients.

2. Fry the pancakes on a pre-heated pan with a little butter or coconut oil.
