Banana "ice cream"

Ingredients:

- 4 very ripe bananas

- Splash of coconut milk

- Splash of maple syrup

For different flavours (add to mixture):

- vanilla extract/pod

- a teaspoon of any nut butter

- a teaspoon of chocolate spread

Toppings:

- chocolate chips 

- nuts

- fresh fruit

Or anything that tickles your fancy!

Method:

1. Freeze the bananas in smaller chunks (no skin) a few hours before preparation (or even days, in a sealed bag)

2. Place the liquids and 'spices' in your blender first and then add the bananas.

3. Pulse a couple of times, creating an ice-cream-like consistency

Enjoy with favourite toppings or on its own!
