GF Banana pancakes

Ingredients:

- 1 egg

- 1 banana

- 1 tablespoon yoghurt

- 2 tablespoons flour 

- pinch of cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon butter for frying

Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients together with a whisk, leave the batter to rest for a few minutes. 

2. Fry a couple of minutes until golden.
